Lower Back Pain

So I hurt my back a couple years ago while doing cleans. I hurt it on the catch making me drop the weight and left me impale for about 10min. After reading for 3 months I was able to easy back into lifting and was doing good for awhile. Well, a month ago I suffered the same injury while dead lifting. After the injury I noticed that my hip Darcie’s were super tight so I rehabbed my back and did a ton of stretches. Today while squatting just the bar I noticed my floors were so tight I could barely go 1/4 of the way down. Then in the next two my back went again. I figured out that my problem is over-arching. But what muscles should I be strengthening to fix the problem? Is it an ab issues, glue issue, or should I just work on my form? Thanks
