i did some squats and typical leg workout and to finish up i did some abs. when i got thru with abs i went to get up and my lower back got tight. it was tight in lower back left side right above my ass. So i quit and went home. got home and it was stiff and hurt pretty good. think it is a muscle strain or something. what is the best thing to help it. Heat, ice, etc. thanks for any advice. its happen before but got better in about 3-4 days. but it hurts worst this time.
