I am wondering if anyone has experienced this or knows how to fix it. I recently started running again, but it is becoming uncomfortable. After a minute or two my lower back begins to hurt not so much an ache but, more of a prick or slight stab in my lower back. Nothing so bad I have to stop but non the less uncomfortable. I doubt it is the running shoes because I have always used nike frees without problems.
What could this be? I also have problems perforimg bentover rows and seated rows, I can do them as strict as possible but that prick/sting always happens.
