Lower Back Pain/Alternative Workout

Hello all, i had back surgery for a slipped disk 1 year ago and im doing good now in the gym with my workouts except for a few moves which can be painful. I cant do deadlifts at all or bent over rows for my back because these excersises can easily mess my back up again and i get sore when i tried them.

Deadlifts and bent over rows are great excersises and i want to be able to hit those same target areas again so does anyone have an alternative to get the same areas without risking the injury. Thanks all
