Lower Back Pain 10 Minutes After DLs

Just came back from the gym after stopping halfways. I was deadlifting and it went fairly well, might have had a shitty rep but it was overall ok. 10 mins later efter i finished my last set i started getting soar in the far left side if my lower back, quadratus lumborum i think. Its only on the left side.

Occasionally i get nerve pinch-like pain but im unable to willingly trigger it by bending sideways, forward, backward etc to identify where its coming from. It just shows up by itself.

Is it the spine or did i just pull something?

Get it checked if I were you, not worth risking it when it is your back.
