Worked manual labor for about 1 1/2 years. I would drag trees and logs usually with my right arm. I think that caused my back to become uneven, but I am not sure. Every time i deadlift I feel it more in the left side of the lower back, and the left side is noticeably bigger. Any tips on how to fix this. I don’t feel this problem with squats. Thank you.
Could be a tight hamstring on one side.
