Low Test & Sub Clinical Hypothyrodism

#1

Did pre-TRT blood work and results came back free test below the reference range and TSH a point above the reference range with normal free T3 and T4 - sub clinical hypothyroidism.

In order to diagnose the thyroid issue, should I test for anti bodies or should I do iron?

Would love to test both but i'll be paying out of pocket for this one and budget is tight. Testing rT3 is out of the question because the test is not available where I am (not in the US).
