Low T-Levels & HRT Questions

Without going into too much detail about how I’ve gotten to this point, my blood test came back for me today. The two main things that the Doc told me are that I’m pre-diabetic @125. And that my t-levels are low… really low. I’ll turn 40 in August and my t-levels on a 14 hour fast are 198. She is going to put me on a HRT pill. She says the the shots are old technology and that the patch is not as effective as she would like it to be. Although she did say that I could go to it if I want. I don’t know what I’ll be using as of tomorrow but I’m wondering if anybody can tell me two things. What if any t-boosting or e-reducing supplements are okay to take with HRT, and will the anabolic diet be effective and/or safe with the HRT and/or pre-diabetes. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Ah, another idiot doctor. What are they teaching these people(or lack therof)

  1. Shots are far superior to any pill or patch

  2. You don’t need to take any t-boosting supps or any e-reducing supps while on test. The shots should be enough, and if, (big if) you have a E problem it will be closely monitored and a drug will be given to combat that.

  3. That being said, you could still take ZMA/Flameout/Creatine/REZ in the meantime which will all help tremendously.

  4. The anabolic diet is a great idea. I follow it as well

  6. Get a new Doc.
