@The_Myth if you have a little bit of time can you read my log a bit. I have a chart with my historical labs a little bit up.
I to no hcg. My problem is bloating. Mostly belly looks pregnant.
My e2 was low 30s. It seems like when I took dex it made my pregnant belly disappear. So it looks like I need to be lower than 30.
I take allopurinol, daily Cialis. Am planning on stopping Cialis thinking that maybe it’s that causing bloat but I really like the Cialis.
I when I took the AI it made my e2 go down to 8 after just 2 weeks with .50 mg a week divided .25. I passed my sweet spot right up.

Am also thinking maybe I should up my dose to 120 (from 100) a week and then maybe the .50 will not crash my e2. I rather not take an AI of course.
My immediate plan is to take another e2 and t reading next Monday just on T. I have not taken an AI since last Monday. Continue Cialis.

For my log.
I just started grape seed to control e2. Figured it may work since I am an over responder. Wanted to try CDG but I don’t want to lower my shbg since mine is on mid/upper 20s. Though my fatty liver can use a cleanse.

Also ordered a detox. 15 days. Any worries on ingredients?

So I did labs again to fine tune e2.

Labs above is just on t injections 50mg 2x a week. NOTHING ELSE.
So here’s the dilemma.
I over respond to arimidex. I was previously e2 33. Took .25 dex 2x a week total .50 a week. Took e2 to 8.
So what should I do?
Take .25 1x a week?
Do nothing and see if body continues to adapt and possibly bring e2 in range? And yes I do have bloat when e2 close to 30.
lower t? Don’t really want to with total t at 580.
Use vodka to micro dose .125 2x a week?

Or I can even increase t dose then the .25 at injection may work and bring me to the 700s?

Also it’s interesting to see how the eclia method compares to the lcms in lab I pasted.

Dissolve AI in an once of vodka and take one quarter twice weekly with injections. You never take AI once weekly, you never fine tune E2 like that. You already need a dosage increase.

My other idea is. Drop Cialis. See what happens to erections and bloat. Also will start liver colon cleanse tomorrow. Bottle of ingredients above.

I know e2 at 29.6 is a bit high but other than bloat I feel pretty good. That could change once I drop the Cialis. So if I lose erections then I will start ai. Bloat can be from Cialis. It’s gastro bloat I think.
So you think I should increase t? Or is it possible everything is slowly stabilizing?

I am an over responder as well. I take Grape Seed extract, 200 mg per day.

I don’t think 29 is horrible btw.

If you are feeling good I would proceed delicately at this point. Drop Cialis for a few weeks and see what happens. If the bloat sticks around (and you’re saying it’s an indicator of 30+ E2 if not Cialis) then I think the microdosing is a good idea. I would start very slow and remain consistent so your next labs are as precise as possible. This means 6 weeks of consistency.

Do u take the 200 at once?

I dont think I’ll wait that long. I did not take Cialis yesterday. If by tomorrow still bloated I can say it’s not cialis. But while not taking Cialis if in a couple more days still bloated , soft erections I think I can take a dose of dex. If bloat goes down and erections are good, we know then that 30 e2 is def causing the symptoms.

Btw my heart paps not caused by Cialis because they stopped essentially. I stopped the fish oil. That may have caused them. Or it is the e2 changes. Even though e2 high for me, it’s most likely stable now therefore not cause heart paps. My wife gets heart paps during her menstrual cycle which is related to her drastic estrogen changes

Like I said, tread lightly. Feeling good is key here.

I would also try some other alternatives before going to the AI, with that level of e2. Maybe what myth suggested, diet high in broccoli/Brussels sprouts, some CDG, or DIM. But be careful with the last 2.

One side of me is thinking, am on TRT and at 580 total t. free t could be a little higher too- and since I have to worry about e2 now anyway might as well increase to 120mg a week (divided of course) so i could in the in 700 range??

I mean also is it better to take cialis or dex? I mean I can live with the bloat from 30 e2 ( i really dont) and take cialis for erection. I can already feel a difference with erection. I stopped cialis wednesday.

edit - ik its me venting above and an answer is totally subjective. I really dont want to increast T dose if i dont have to - cause then you have other issues like HCT

I will continue to grape seed, actually will switch to one that costco sells with 200 mg grape seed and some reservatol. And put broccli/sprouts in my diet. I actually love those foods. Wife just did not buy anymore. that will change. My wife cooks awesome btw!

ANd as long as cialis did not cause my bloat, witch be confirmed within a couple more days, I may start taking it again as I see it helped my BP by a few points witch is all i need to help my somewhat elevated BP. Unless I get losarton which I wonder may help both ED and BP? I believe you take Losarton @anon10035199

Yes, its one of the friendlier BP meds for ED.

How much CDG should I take if I go the route of a supplement. What’s the standard mg?

Am trying to find on internet how much CDG broccoli and sprouts have.
