What’s the question?

My SHBG levels are out of range. Is this okay? and does this effect libido?

I assume you are on testosterone. It is fine and it will increase libido.

Having lower SHBG usually will net you a higher Free T level when compared to someone with high SHBG and sometimes excessively high levels can affect libido negatively in some people. If this occurs simply lower the dosage.

Are you having any symptoms/issues? SHBG varies from individual to individual. At the extreme ends it does affect the balance of Free T to Total T. I don’t see any Free or Bioavailable T labs, so it’s difficult to comment.
