I’m doing the Superhero Program by Christian Thibaudeau, and I’m about to start weeks 5-8. So I need to know how to do a low-pulley crossover. I tried googling it, but found no information on it. I don’t have the pulley setup to do crossovers, but I’d like to know what the movement is so I can maybe figure out a replacement exercise.
It’s just like regular cable crossovers. Except that you put to “D” rings on the lower pulley. You start with your hands low and end with them in front of our face. Just like regular only lower. I’ve read (plus it feels like) that it works the upper pecs.
