Low LH & FSH. High E2, Moderate Test

I think that labs are good except thyroid.

TT and E2 look good.
Should not be needed a SERM.

Did you injure your teste during violent sex?
Underwear too tight? I had that 20 years ago, driving 1000 miles non stop and underwear was killing me. Switched to boxers, with TRT I get warm and now go spartan.

I like your body temps, but AM not shown. If rT3 is elevated, no sign of that with fT3=3.24

A test dose of more hCG would be diagnostic!
Is that hCG vial OK? Always stored cold? Shipped to you wet? Same source as before your testes starting acting up? This seems disconnected to your T levels, I would not have reduced T dose.

E2=20 should not activate nipples. Adding Tamoxifen for sensitive nipples? 10mg EOD would require that you stop hCG to avoid over stimulation of LH receptors.

Is TSH up because of high dose iodine?

Prolactin can be elevated by recent orgasms or cuddling puppies, kittens and babies which should be avoid prior to lab work. Some drugs increase prolactin, AD meds …

Thank you @KSman. As always, I really appreciate your help.

I don’t believe I did anything to injure testes. I did start using new boxer briefs that are a little tight but I’m not sure that would cause this.

6:30am temps right out of bed were 97.4, 97.5, 97.6. Eight months ago my am temps were 96.9. Side note, the right side always shows .1 - .2 higher than the left.

HCG was picked up at the same compounding pharmacy as always. In powder form. I left it out of the fridge maybe 4 hours one time. My previous vial was left out of the fridge almost 24 hours while traveling and it still seemed fine. I have a travel case with cold packs now.

I reduced testosterone dosage because my TT was at 1215. I always figured that 800-1000 was “healthier” and “safer” or am I mistaken? For that matter, what TT do you think is safe to stay at? Is 1200-1500 still ok?

Yes TSH was elevated due to IR. Labs prior to IR showed TSH = 1.72.

Prolactin 14.2 (4.0-15.2) This was taken with atleast 48 hours of no orgasms.

New blood work is in and my WBC is really high. I was pretty sick and i’m still sick 1 week later. I hope this is the reason for the high WBC, Neutrophils, and Monocytes.

Almost two months later and I am awaiting results on new blood work. Trt protocol has stayed the same at:

112 mg test cyp per week split into EOD injections
250u HCG EOD
.33mg Anastrozole EOD

Anyway, i seem to be on a never ending quest to figure out why I feel fatigued, low on motivation and generally feeling kind of weak.

AM blood pressure 118/64
PM blood pressure 130-135/75-80

I am awaiting lab results for TT, FT, SHBG, E2, CMP, CBC, Ferritin, Vit D, A1C and B12.

Not sure what else I should consider testing. Is IGF worth testing? I’ll test anything at this point. Prolactin was good? Cortisol was good?
Prolactin 14.2 (4.0-15.2)
Cortisol - AM 17.2 (6.2-19.4)
TT = ~1200, FT = HIGH, E2 = 20.8.

These were my most recent thyroid labs:

TSH 5.360 (0.450-4.500) High due to 2 weeks 50mg Iodine. Oral temps did not increase.
Free T4 Direct 0.97 (0.82-1.77)
Free T3 3.0 (2.0-4.4)
Reverse T3 17.8 (9.2-24.1)

9 months prior my labs were:

TSH3 Ultra-Sens - 1.72 (0.55 - 4.78)
Free T4 - 1.03 (0.89 - 1.76)
Free T3 - 3.24 (2.30 - 4.20)

It is worth taking liquid T3 and see how I feel? Dosage recommendation? Start with 25mcg/day and work up to 50mcg/day?

Blood results in today. Probably have to wait a few more days for TT, FT, E2 and SHBG.

B12 >1999 pg/ml HIGH Range 211-946 pg/ml
I have been supplementing B12 @ 5000mg/day for about 6 weeks now. I hope this is why it came out this high. If not then I’m looking at some serious problems. I am stopping all B12 supplementation immediately.

Hemoglobin A1C 5.3% Range 4.8 - 5.6
Pre Diabetes 5.7 - 6.4
Diabetes > 6.4

Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy: 62.5 Range 30.0 - 100.0
I have been supplementing 6000iu/day for atleast 6 weeks.

Ferritin 161 Range 30-400
I don’t supplement any iron. Diet for last 6 weeks or so consists of mainly eggs, high protein whole grain waffle in the morning. Chicken, Mexican rice, yogurt, strawberries, bananas, little bit of beans, some times broccoli.
