Has anyone besides me ever experimented with doing the Incline Bench at a low angle??? I need some good input from all the experts and the like.
I’ve been doing a low incline bench (25-35 degree angle) for the past four years. It’s been great for me as I notice less stress on my shoulders and more focus on my upper chest. I’ve increased in weight, as well. I also use the same angle for dumbbell incline bench. Give it a shot and see what you think.
I only do inclines at a low angle. I have also found that it is much less stress on my shoulders as well. Once I started doing them my upper chest filled out much more than it had before.
