I alway get to sleep around mid-night. What time it to late to eat brown rice before hitting the rack?
Preferably prior to actually being asleep.
Really bro it wont kill you to have carbs prior to bed just dont go and throw back a ton of simple carbs.
Now Brown rice wouldnt be my choice late in the evening unless I had just trained id stick to veggies and fruit but again many ppl take this carb thing WAY to far.
Do you actually think there is some universal answer to this question that is suitable for everyone?
