I am carb cycling right now to cut some fat off. So I only eat complex carbs ( sweet poatot, Brown rice, whole wheat bread ) etc in the mornings 2 days a week, on leg and chest day.
The rest of the week I am on low carbs, fruits and veggies except some fast acting carbs post workout. Now my problem is that when I eat veggies thorough out the week it makes me very bloated. I eat the mixed frozen veggies. Even after one serving I am very bloated the rest of the day, the only thing that doesn’t bloat me is Cucumbers and well you can only eat so many in a week.
Anyone else have this problem or have a suggestion? Or should I just suck it up? Only problem is that this bloating makes me not want to eat on my schedule so I have to FORCE the food down and it is very unpleasant.
