They seem great for me. A small one has 50 cals, 7 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein, but I’ve read a few around here who are a little scared of the ingredients. Shugart for example. What is questionable about them? Basically whole grains supplemented with oat fiber. Is there something wrong with oat fiber, or is it just that they have gluten/wheat? Or are they just great?
