The only problem is that handy things I could prepare to eat would be “turkey or tuna sanswich”. But these use bread =/
Why not precooked PLAIN meat and veggies. I brought these to class all the time.

why not??? freeze or refridge them. same with meats chick breat beef etc. I cooked a ton ahead put in ziplocks froze and then grab as needed put them in a back pack or hell my pocket by the time it thawed I was due to eat.
Maybe I could carry some cottage cheese and turkey and put them inside the cooler we have at work.

Some carbs are needed just dont get onme LOADED with crap and use them earlier in the day. I used Metabolic Drive bars from time to time for such though out of personal preferance mainly went with a Shake and fruit or nuts or real food instead.
Just takes some planning and a lil work on your part. No one said its easy thats why so many people have probs gaining, Its work to eat a ton.
