Low Carb Question

I have a ? about the low carb diet… I hear that it is necessary to keep carbs low in order to lose fat which im trying to do but I am also trying to gain muscle at the same time which I hear helps you lose more bf… but dont you need carbs for energy (before I hit the gym)in order to lift heavy weights or does your muscle just use fat for energy instead?

While low carb can be effective they are NOT the end all be all. It is more about the choices and timing of the carbs and really all your macros.

T Dawg 2 may be just the diet you are looking for. a Moderate low Carb diet and many have made gains in LBM< while losing fat on it.
