Just been royally upset upon finding out that my previous favourite low carb, high protein bar is actually loaded with “hydrolysed protein” (read: gelatin) and maltitol.
50g protein, sub 10g impact carbs per bar was just too good to be true
For the record - avoid Mega Pro 50 bars by Peak Body at all costs.
Can anyone else reccomend me some bars… preferably sub 10g impact carbs and 30+g protein per serving?
Just something to have in the cupboard for emergencies!
