Low Carb Meals?

Can someone tell me if this is a decent low carb day for carb cycling?

morning - 2 whole eggs cooked olive oil
mid morning - 3 egg omelette w/ spinach, mushroom, swiss
lunch - turkey breast, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
mid afternoon - corned beef
post workout (night) - muscle milk, prepackaged oatmeal … i’m waiting on my whey to arrive
dinner - roasted chicken. leg and wing.

First, try using your oatmeal before working out and see how that affects your training (or just don’t put training on a low carb day). Second, is that enough food? How much do you weigh? 2 eggs in the morning is nothing. Third, get some more healthy fats in 2-3 of your meals (nuts, avocados, etc).
