I been fairly good on my low carb eating lately, as a result I seem to have low energy.
does this mean that lack of carbs to burn for energy will kick start my metabolism to burn off body fat for energy? I hope so.
if so will my energy levels bounce back? thanks.

In my experience, yes, you’ll feel a difference between 3 to 10 days, after that, you won’t need to worry as energy levels will rebound.
Make sure you do a carb-up each week, that way you can gain strength. I remember once when I didn’t do that and it sucked.
