Anyone agree with a low carb high protein fat diet to bulk?
Im going to say no, and my reason why is because it doesnt work for me, I need a shit ton of carbs in order to gain weight. Im also naturally very skinny if thats relative to you at all.

I think low carb is a silly idea when trying to gain weight.
The better plan is to not eat carbs + fat, not eat carbs for the rest of the day after your workout, and choose good carbs.
