How many people use Low Carb Grow before they go to bed? Also what have been your experiences with it?

Low-Carb Grow! is perhaps the greatest innovation in sports nutrition. Nuff said.
I’m a big believer in a low carb protein before bed, as are many T-mag staff. Cottage cheese with a scoop of LC Grow! is perfect in my opinion. You know the quality is top notch and it tastes incredible. Not sure what else you mean by “experiences”. It’s just food.
I should have assumed that (sorry). Biotest is always top quality. I deserved that one!
I take it every night before bed, cottage cheese makes me fat and bloated.
1 cup cottage cheese with one scoop low-carb grow every night before bed for me too. I crave the shit. You can’t believe how tasty it is.
3 scoops Vanilla w/ 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 tbsp flax oil and too many fish oil capsules to count. “Timed release” protein.
Low-Carb Grow is pretty tasty for a low-carb shake, to be sure.
But it’s not as tasty as Haagen-Dazs, my former bedtime meal. I mourn the loss of my Haagen-Dazs; but Grow is having MUCH more favorable effects on my body composition these days.
