Low Carb Food List?

Currently on a low carb diet and struggling to find foods that i can eat throughout the day.

Does anyone happen to have a list of food - not supplements that i can use?

Sushi does not qualify for low carb since the fish comes on top of a chunk of rice. But sashimi (just the fish) does. I save sushi for the weekend carb up.

Limit most nuts not because they are high in carbs - most nuts aren’t. Limit them because they are calorie dense. 1oz (about 23) almonds is 170 calories, and only 2g carbs.

Some of the yummiest foods are low carb - like meat, cheese, eggs, almonds, pistachios, olive oil, veggies (except potatoes - a medium baked potato (170g) has 33g carbs).

And some fruits are not that carby either: 4oz strawberries (about 6-7 medium ones) contain 7g carbs, a plum is also 7g carbs, and an apricot is 3g carbs. Eat your fruit!
