Low-Carb Flatbread

I have been buying this stuff from the local Weis Markets to make healthy pizzas. Not bad at all…the link is

www.delections.com

and here is the info:

110 calories for a big slice
8 carbs
3 gms of fat
15 gms of fiber
11 gms of protein

Ingredients

Water, whole wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, oat fiber, corn starch, soybean oil, maltitol, yeast, salt, sugar beet fiber, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum, I-cysteine, potassium sorbate, sodium propionate, fumaric acid, annatto, and enzymes.

What do you put on your “healthy” pizzas? I tried making a healthy pizza and it came out awful! Not even my dogs would eat it.

I use a flatbread, light sauce (either Ragu Lite or Healthy Choice), Kraft 2% mozarella, Hormel Turkey pepperoni, a little chicken breast, spring onions, peppers. It is not as good as the real thing, but not too bad.
