What is everyone opinion between the various low carb advocates. On one hand you have Charles Poliquin, Eric Serrano, Beverly international who believe in the low carb approach except with much more protein and more structured efa’s with continued muscle gain. Than their is lyle mcdonald with limited protein Much higher fat and changes around workouts not to train to hard. Only three days a week. Its kind of confusing who is right. I maintain my muscle and strength well on CP type of diet but never get ripped. Mcdonalds approach flattens me out so I look stringy.
