Here’s the question I’m sure that’s on everyone’s minds! Other than “Power Drive” how do I get rid of (as much as possible that “duh” feeling?!
Eat more carbs. It’s possible that you’re trying to limit carb intake too much for your physiology.
Another option is to eat the majority of your carbs earlier in the day.
You can try sleeping more. This worked for me when I was doing some serious low carbing a bit ago.
