Low-Carb Creatine Loading


Any ideas on the best way to load creatine without adding tons of carbs to my diet? I just got my delivery of Biotest Creatine and would like to get started.


Take one glass of liquid (water, tea, coffee, protein shake, etc..) , add 1 tsp 5 grams of creatine. stir and drink. repeat daily until bottle is empty, that is unless you order another then just continue on until the cows come home.

Isn't it supposed to be taken with a sugar ? I thought it was.....


It does help, but it's not needed.

You will still absorm the majority of the creatine with just water. Just take it after your workout when you body would most likely have a shortage.
