Low Bone Density on TRT

@NH_Watts LOL Fuck me man… I have been feeling so much better recently, thank God, finally…

I opted for a vitamin D test to see where I am at. I cant afford to take a supp if its not absolutely necessary.

I think I had low T in my 20’s and all my life…combined with low Vitamin D, this seems the cause of the low density…

That could be a reason for low bone density, low T leads to low estrogen and that leads to low bone density. Listing weights in only a few months and your bone density increases, those who don’t do weight training have lower bone density than those who lift weights.

Strangely enough despite low T levels, E2 was in the normal range, Vitamin D was not assessed at that time but surely was low.
I did lift weights even before TRT, but did not do much compound exercises, which I now do.
Also the worst bone density which is going down is the L3 and L4. Other areas such as femoral neck have improved slightly.

So far, the plan is:

Stop the AI.

Increase Vitamin D3 by 10,000 IU (currently taking around 3000 IU, so this will be added to the 10,000 IU). I also take 800 mg Calcium Carbonate, 400 mg Magnesium Oxide, Vitamin K (see below), 2000 mg Omega 3 with milk all at the same time usually before going to bed.

Take Vitamin K2 (MK-9 (is this OK?) @ 300 mcg daily, which I just started some 3 weeks ago).

Ask for 24 hr Calcium test any other related test (doubtful if Doc approves).
Keep lifting weights and high protein diet.

Repeat bone density test in around a year. If things don’t change I’ll need to get another opinion from another local specialist.

Thanks for the help.
