I have recently switched to squatting in the low bar position. Sometimes when I squat low bar, the barbell seems to be slipping down my back and most of the weight falls on to my wrists. This also causes pain in my shoulders. The barbell never seems to be sitting in the right place. Does anyone have any tips (pictures/videos) to help locate the right spot to put the barbell?
