Low Back Pain When Deloading

I only get pain in my low back when deloading.

Like hanging on a pullup bar, laying backwards over a bosu ball…but also if I round my lower back and do a hamstring stretch.

It wasn’t ‘all of a sudden’, but seems to have been kind of dull for a while. Today it hurts pretty bad.

It almost feels good to kinda stretch on the pull up bar and twist my lower body, but it hurts pretty bad.

Anyone have any similar exprience?

2 things.

Don’t lay backwards on a bosu ball.

Don’t do the pull up bar lower body stretch. Too much torque on the lumbar spine.

Other than that, there could be many different things wrong here. Go get checked is my advice.

QL maybe?

I’m not sure what QL means?

Lay backwards on bosu ball = bad?

What about laying forwards on it? When I arch my low back like that I get the pain/painful stretch.

It kinda feels good but its a really deep pain.

Is it on both sides? Does the pain run vertically or horizontally?

QL = Quadratus Lumborum. - Just a guess though.

It was basically down the center so I guess both sides.

It got better and then I squat light yesterday, now today the left side hurts a lot more.

I would say its vertical pain, but very concentrated in my low back.

Thanks for your help.
