Low Back Click

hello. Whenever I do movements like leg raises and other movements where the upper body is mainly stationary but the lower body moves, I get this uncomfortable click in my lower back. It isn’t painful but uncomfortable. Does anybody have any idea what might be causing it and how to fix it?


the movement you are describing is hip flexion, so my guess is you got tight/overactive hip flexors/psoas and they are tugging on your low back and cuasing some shifting… but shit dude i dunno im just hypotenusing…or hypothesising… one of those

EllisUFC is completely right, it’s tight hips. I get it when I do sit ups on a gh raise. It’s not serious, but could be if you don’t loosen them up, leads to a low back injury while deadlifting.
