What are the best workouts for getting rid of love handles? I love doing strength training for my abs, legs and arms but i’m not sure which one is the best workout to get rid of those annoying love handles that don’t seem to go away! Any tips?
For me, any fat in the mid-section is controlled via diet. One cannot really spot reduce.
So you think the more ab workouts i do, the better chance i have at reducing the love handles as well as a flatter stomach?
Hokum to some but these techniques can really work for about 50% of trainees(and be useless for others!)…
