Debated squat or DL first. With the hammy crap the other day I decided if I only get one of the two maxed I want the DL more and the squat tend to aggrivate the issue. I’ll max it last.

Partially agree. In a way, that’s true, and I see what you’re saying. 275 is usually easier for a 240lb person than it is for a 120lb person. Personally though, even if someday I’m able to reach my goal of benching 405, I’m never going to look at a barbell with 275lbs on it and say “that’s light.” It might feel light to me at that point, but 275 will always be 275, which an objectively heavy amount of weight (my opinion I guess… which makes it not objective…shit)
