Anyone else got callouses on their shoulders and back from squats? I’ve developed three spots of dry skin when the bar hits…

bruh what kind of bar/knurling do you have. Is it called the Shredder or the Cheese Grater or something along those lines?

Wondering if I have picked up some sort of infection from the bar…the grip is not agressive at all…

Oh and just because I’m 245 now.

Are you losing fat and building muscle at the same time? It looks like your abs are more visible but your overall muscle mass has increased. It might be the post-workout pump though! Haha. Good job though, looking good.

Post workout the ham feels warm. But there is zero pain or ROM loss. Moving forward I am very confident in the deadlift working with challenging weights.

There is still the nagging “what if…” when performing squats. I will hold back some on squat day. Then we will deload. Deciding on the next programming phase. I want to continue with this program, but my partner wants to do some Hypertrophy training.

He is new to lifting. He has been lifting since Jan 1 and is preaty beat up from this last cycle. So I will find him a program that the weight drop and reps go up. I am thinking of the beach body 4 day plan…

Thx mortdk. I wasn’t sure how my older body would respond to injury when it happened. It is also concerning if it happens again how I will respond…just gonna push forward and hope for the best

I didn’t even finish that mushroom topped sirloin. The sirloin was 26 oz…:flushed: I could have finished it. Only ate around 8oz. I’ll have steak all weekend!
