Glad to hear I’m on the right track. Just trying to hold back today. It feels good not great but I don’t want a set back for long term training. The hardest part is being disclipned and not going for it too soon

Hammy feels good. Squatting 3 sets for 25 reps has my quads tight.

Might have overdone it just a bit today. Hammy is extra swollen. Just iced for the second time then heat. No biggie.

That’s a lot of benching volume. I probably don’t warm up enough like maybe 10-12 reps total before starting working sets but you are on the other end of the spectrum I think.

All good. I wanted to work up another 20 but decided not to push too much. This workout is 2 weeks post injury. Day 8 of rehab squats. 2 days of rehab squats remain. Then I will increase weight over 135 and do 15s then 10s for 4 days and work back to a near normal working cycle dropping my training max a bit.

Leg extension:
55x20, 75x15, 75x15

RDL:

135x10. Still not pushing the ham yet

Lying leg curls:

Leg press good mornings:
90x20, 90x20, 90x20

Hanging knee raise:

All good! Right leg feels fresher than the left. Legs feel really good. Trying to remain disciplined and not push too much to fast. Holding back for two more weeks then deload and start fresh on a new cycle with a reduced tm.

It takes some serious nads to willingly do sets of 25 on squats. Most people would just quit and rest for 2 months and come back weak as hell, if they even came back at all. I commend you sir
