Lost Size with Superslow, Regained Size w/ 50% Sets?

Can’t really use DM’s here so hopefully this is cool.

On the old forum you mentioned how you lost size going to superslow but gained it back when you went back to Dr. Ken’s 50% sets.

How quickly before you noticed the gains after switching back?

Has anyone else experienced this? Going to superslow losing size then gaining it back with two regular sets to failure?

There is no reason anyone would lose size changing repetition cadence unless they didn’t understand that you have to reduce the rep range to keep the TUL from becoming excessive.

I have used and trained people with both 10/10 and 4/4 and other cadences and as long as the TUL and load is similar they are equally effective.
