I am 24 years old, earlier this year I weighed 195, now I am 160. I am 5’7" and am not too skinny now by any means, just healthy now. When I was younger 12-21 I would workout with buddies all the time, married and school killed me.
My brother-in-law is a MD and a natreopath doctor as well, he suggested a diet I stuck to it, I can now run 11 miles straight! I have 16" arms still and am still a little ways from a 6 pack, but I am happy for now. I am trying to get on with a fire department I have wanted to since I was a kid, this is literally one of my dreams come true.
I really want to be the best I can be, physically, mentally. I have done so much work on my own I was wondering if it was time to do a prohormone round, I know about research chems for nolva, clom. I know about support supps while on milk thistle, grape seed, my diet is right on, I lost 35 pounds in 5 months! I also have a source for more potent prohormones, if ya know what I mean.
So now that you have my age, lifting experience, goals, knowledge etc…
1.) Most PH’s are garbage, but I would venture a few are out there that arent, what are these supps.
2.) If I went for stronger stuff, I would think it would need to be orals only, I KNOW INJECTIONS ARE SAFER!!! I do not want ANYONE finding this stuff and all liquids need to be refrigerated right?
3.) I would use liquid hormones if anyone had really good ways to hide and use without detection.
4.) Let me know if you guys have any other tips, ideas, questions. Sorry if I have done anything wrong, please don’t flame me.
