Lossing a Small Amount of Weight Quickly

I have a weightlifting meet on Saturday and today (thursday) I’m weighing in at about 2-3lbs over. Is there anything I can do within this time frame in addition to sweating it off to lose this small amount of weight?

Cut your carbs to 50g or less per day.
