Loss of Shoulder Strength Question


After having heart arrythmias that interfered with lifting, I have clearance to go back to the gym. During the past 3 years of off time, I lost a lot of strength, especially in my shoulders. I like what I saw in the I,Bodybuilder videos for shoulder work, but how should I incorporate these concepts to improve my strength to where I can then maximize the full program.
