Hey Nation-
Last week I got my tonsils out. I’m 19, so this was long overdue. Anyways, for the past 7 days I’ve been able to eat nothing except frozen fruit bars, pudding, and water, and I’ve shed 14 lbs.
I’m an Army Cadet at the University of Illinois, and I work out at least 3 times a week with the Battalion.
Do you think I’ve lost muscle weight or fat weight?
