Does this happen to anyone else? Even though I just have a mild head cold I completely lose my appetite. I’m sitting here at lunch dreading even finishing my chicken/veggie stir fry. I just don’t want it. I ate pizza last night because it was the only thing that I could stomach and I figure bad calories are better than no calories. Aside from some eggs I had in the morning and green tea, that was all I ate yesterday. Ahhh! I hate this crap!
Your going to have to force it down, rest up, and get better. or dont and lose a bunch of weight.
