Losing some chest size during first phase of Ian King's upper bdy prgrm

I am on my third week of the first phase of Ian King’s routine. I noticed an obvious decrease in my chest size during this program but also a small increase in shoulder size. I don’t really anguish over this but I am diffenitely craving some “heavy” bench presses next week. Has anyone noticed this sort of size change in this routine? I hope its not the same result with my primary objective “strength”. I would appreciate any insight into the matter.

Don’t worry about. If you manage your rest well, you should see some big changes by the third and fourth cycles.
