Holy hell guys and gals, I’ve never had a lot of muscle but I was always had a decent build. I have fallen off the wagon big time and am becoming a fat ass. I havent been on the site in awhile but It’s time to come back to the dark side. My question is which diet and workout program would be beneficial to lose about 20 lbs of fat then put on muscle. Also you may check out the T Dawg 2 ( link included) and really any of the programs combined with it. They are alkl great and serve their purpose when followed correctly.
