You may have read that we have just had a record breaking heat wave that was so extreme it led to unprecendented inner city bush fires. It got me thinking - in normal circumstances when I decide to drop body fat I try keep my body as cold as possible but it’s clearly much harder to achieve when it’s so externally hot. In your experience what methods have you found most effective to lose body fat (heat) when the external temperatures are 100 F +?
