Losing Fat and Gaining Muscle at the same Time

Do you guys think its possible? If so, how would one go about doing such a thing?

Yes, it’s possible, especially as a beginner.

  1. refine your diet
  2. lift weights and get stronger

However, experience has shown for most people that it’s better to just pick one goal: focus on losing fat OR gaining muscle first, when you’re happy with the results, then do the other.

Diet spot on and about 600mg of test c and some winistrol but that’s just me.
