Just wanted to give a heads up for those with the iPhone. Great program.
It makes recording food much easier since I always have my phone with me, and it barely takes any time at all to input what you ate since it can remember previous meals and recipes you've made.
It also calculates your calories, fat, protein, carbs and gives you weekly avg's as well.
Great tool to keep you on track.
