Exactly right. But this never changes. If you went into the gym at a ripped 250# and did every lift with perfect form some pot-bellied yokel would waddle over and tell you that you’re going to: blow out your knees doing squats, tear up your back deadlifting, etc., etc., etc. Best to just ignore the peanut galleries, I find my iPod does wonders for that.

so i’ve been training hard for a year been cleaning up my diet and people have been saying i’ve gaining wait and look huge and 360 something that useuly means something but im not clear of my persisce weight
