Exactly right. But this never changes. If you went into the gym at a ripped 250# and did every lift with perfect form some pot-bellied yokel would waddle over and tell you that you’re going to: blow out your knees doing squats, tear up your back deadlifting, etc., etc., etc. Best to just ignore the peanut galleries, I find my iPod does wonders for that.
