Just an FYI for people looking for a calorie counting app for their phone or just a website. I started using Lose It! on my iPhone and it's been working very well for me. It's an app that lets you decide on a weight goal (I'm trying to finally lose weight) and then it calculates a daily calorie total and lets you journal and track your food for the day. You can geek out with charts and graphs on the site.
I've been using it since before Thanksgiving and it's been a real help for me. Thought other people on here might get some use out of it too.
Also, it looks like you could configure it to gain weight too. Haven't tried that yet, but it looks possible.
