Does anyone know of the philosophy of this organization?
Well, I think making money is the ultimate goal. I’ve seen some of their workouts, and they are good, especially at the high school level, but the majority of the stuff that they do is being done by many top strength and conditioning coaches around the country. Their overall philosophy is developing speed through many drills and technique drills. Their lifting program is shakey, and I think they try to do a bit of everything in an hour and a halfs time.
